Bob's Store Policies & Terms.

Some of the items in the store are merchandise ordered and fulfilled under the delivery and returns policies of 3rd party sellers. These include Amazon, Printful and others.

Orders for items such as autographed playlists are fulfilled as speedily as we can; in some cases the original document needs to be hunted down by Bob from his extensive home archive, but more often than not he can put his hand on a running order or script straight away and we’d expect to have the item sent off within a week or so at most.

If you order an autographed playlist or show script and feel it’s taking to long to receive your item please get in touch and we’ll jump right on it.

Items such as Bobcast mugs & t-shirts are manufactured and delivered by 3rd party manufacturers such as Printful and are subject to their delivery and returns policies. This policy is outlined here and in greater detail on Printful’s website.
